Honed Slate
has a dark charcoal black background colour. The material has a homogeneous flat matt finish.
Riven Slate
has a dark charcoal background colour & gentle indentations running through the material. This material is more rustic & has a more characteristic natural look.

Details
A cut and rejoined Granite fireplace hearth designed to create expansion joints and allow the heat to disperse without cracking the hearth. We manufactured a variety of fireplace hearths & back panels in our Nottinghamshire factory and can make virtually any size or shape you require.
Suitability: All Granite Hearths & panels are suitable for gas/electric fires. For solid fuel, the hearth and panel needs to be cut and rejoined (special process)
